Toddler Safety

To address the recent increase in toddler drownings, the Department of Justice has developed a series of 30 second TV commercials.

The commercials highlight the importance of constant adult supervision of toddlers and young children around water, and demonstrate that 20 seconds is all it takes for a toddler to drown.
